P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, the joint venture between P.A. Properties and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, officially launches the “Bahay Goals, Buhay Goals: Idesia Homebuyer Vlogging Competition”, a unique storytelling contest that celebrates the journey of Filipino homeowners through the lens of video.
Open exclusively to Idesia homeowners and homebuyers, the competition invites participants to submit a 1–3 minute vertical vlog capturing how their dream home has shaped their lifestyle and aspirations. With prizes of up to ₱30,000, the contest aims to showcase genuine experiences that reflect the shared vision of building better lives through quality housing.
“This competition is more than just a showcase of homes—it’s a celebration of the stories, dreams, and everyday wins of our homeowners,” said a Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina Cruz, CEO and President of P.A. Properties. “Through vlogging, we give them a platform to inspire others and take pride in their journey.”
Entries will be judged based on storytelling, authenticity, video quality, and creativity. The submission period runs from July 28 to September 30, 2025, with winners to be announced on October 15, 2025 via the official Idesia Facebook Page.
